Based at our Edmonton North Depot, you'll work full time from 14:00 to 20:30, Monday to Friday. The Sorter is accountable for unloading and sorting freight by various criteria, ensuring all packages are dispatched correctly. Key Responsibilities:
• Unload freight from trucks and conveyors
• Load freight into delivery vehicles and trailers
• Sort packages by size and destination
• Conduct scanning of incoming and outgoing mail
• Handle non-conveyable bulk items manually
Requirements:
• Quick adaptation to warehouse conditions
• Must be punctual and dependable
• Capability to lift up to 70 lbs
• Own CSA approved safety footwear
• Passing a criminal record check is required
