In this casual role, you will engage with customers and donors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and efficient store operations. Your responsibilities will include sorting and pricing items, maintaining store displays, and collaborating with team members and volunteers. Your efforts will directly support KWS's mission to provide vital community services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain a friendly customer-oriented setting
• Sort and price donation items accurately
• Stock and organize shelves and displays
• Process transactions at the register with accuracy
• Participate in teamwork and store promotions

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year experience in retail or customer service
• Familiarity with computer systems and cash handling
• Ability to lift 30 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
