This role seeks a full time Community Specialist II focused on direct support for individuals with complex needs in the In-Home adult program. Working Monday to Friday, you will engage in programming that ensures safety and community involvement for participants. Requirements:
• High School Diploma and 2-3 years of related work
• Strong experience managing complex behaviors

• Required criminal background checks upon hire
• Intermediate First Aid Certification and crisis training preferred
