As part of a energetic food and Nutrition Department, you will assess residents’ nutritional needs and devise tailored care plans to ensure they enjoy balanced and flavorful meals. Your experience in geriatric nutrition will be essential while working closely with care teams, ensuring residents receive the best possible dietary support in a compassionate environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform nutritional assessments using RAI MDS 2.0
• Collaborate with care teams for personalized dietary planning
• Support the Food Service Manager with nutrition needs




• Evaluate and approve seasonal menu options
• Facilitate nutrition education for residents and families

Requirements:
• Eligible Registered Dietitian with College of Dietitians of Ontario
• Minimum 3 years experience in long-term care preferred
• Proficient in point-of-care software and Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building qualities
