In this position, your primary focus will be maximizing recoveries from past-due accounts while minimizing the impact of delinquencies. Responsibilities include making collection calls, assessing accounts, and ensuring vendor invoices are processed accurately. You'll need to establish relationships with customers and dealers to communicate effectively and take necessary actions on challenging accounts needing further investigation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make collection calls for overdue accounts
• Process and track vendor invoices for accuracy
• Address collection issues and client discrepancies
• Follow up and communicate with stakeholders regularly
• Identify accounts needing research or skip tracking
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant college education
• 1–3 years experience in Collections or Auto Financing
• Strong bilingual skills in French and English
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Excellent diplomacy and organizational skills
