Join the RCMP as an Administrative Police Records Clerk, where your skills in record management are essential. This role combines clerical work with the use of the PRIME system in a energetic, 24/7 environment.

In this position, you will play a critical role in supporting the detachment by managing a variety of record systems. Responsibilities include retrieving and organizing essential documents, providing service at the front counter, and managing supplies for the unit. Your ability to work with both physical and digital files will ensure the smooth operation of department needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and process daily records for RCMP teams
• Provide assistance at the Records Front Counter
• Prepare and review file documents for accuracy




• Track all incoming and outgoing records efficiently
• Support other clerks during breaks with operational needs

Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 with relevant coursework
• At least one year related experience in a police setting
• Familiarity with PRIME and CPIC software
• Strong knowledge of record-keeping practices
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
