As a key team member, the Youth & Family Counsellor I/II role focuses on developing personal and social skills for children and youth. You’ll engage in various therapeutic tasks and contribute to essential case management activities, ensuring quality care in a structured setting. Key Responsibilities:
• Foster client development in structured environments
• Engage in meetings for supervision and planning
• Provide therapeutic interventions for clients
• Oversee upkeep of program living conditions
• Support with meals and child transportation
Requirements:
• Diploma/degree in Social Work or similar
• Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience
• Up-to-date CPR and First Aid Certification
• Class 5 driver’s license and personal vehicle
• Flexible schedule required to adapt to needs
