Position Summary: This position is responsible for regular monitoring and provision of support to clients to enable them to remain in their own homes and live as independently as possible.
Duties include monitoring, observing, assisting with and participating in housekeeping and homemaking activities, recreational and social activities.
Limited personal care is required in this role.
Ideal for individuals with no experience but looking to get into the healthcare field.
Responsibilities: Provides support with the activities of daily living such as personal grooming and hair washing.
Provides assistance with social and recreational activities.
Provides companionship either in the home or in the community.
Provides light housekeeping and homemaking services.
Carries out light housekeeping such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning showers, sinks and toilets.
Cleans stoves, fridges and other kitchen equipment as necessary.
Organizes rooms, dressers, closets, etc., as requested.
Removes garbage and recycling.
Job Types: Casual, Permanent Starting Hourly Rate: $22.50 We are currently hiring to fill an existing/current position on our team.
