Teach guitar as an Independent Guitar Lessons Teacher at Long & McQuade, located in Brantford, ON. This role requires you to offer lessons on weekdays, weeknights, and weekends.

In this contractor role, you will lead guitar lessons for students at varying levels in our Lesson Centre. Candidates should either hold a music degree or diploma or have achieved at least Grade 8 RCM standing. Experience in teaching students of different ages and a strong grasp of teaching methods is crucial to facilitate effective learning.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct guitar lessons for students of varying experience
• Design lesson plans tailored to student needs
• Utilize effective teaching strategies and curricula




• Foster a supportive and encouraging classroom workplace
• Partner with staff to enhance lesson offerings

Requirements:
• Completed music degree or diploma from accredited institution
• Minimum Grade 8 RCM standing with Grade 2 Rudiments
• Teaching experience across different age groups
• Familiarity with teaching methods and lesson structures
• Other forms of professional equivalency accepted
