Key Responsibilities:
• Manage HVAC system maintenance and emergency repairs
• Execute grounds maintenance including snow clearing and grass cutting
• Conduct cleaning and upkeep of all indoor spaces




• Address daily facility repairs and maintenance requests
• Complete administrative tasks related to facility operations

Requirements:
• Proven experience in HVAC, plumbing, and building maintenance
• Physical ability to handle demanding tasks
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
• Current Standard First Aid and CPR-C certification
• Clear Police Information Check and professional references required
