Neighbourly Pharmacy is looking for a Registered Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Pharmasave #412 in Fort Qu'Appelle, Saskatchewan .
Patient Focused Care Responsibilities
Receive and accurately transcribe verbal prescriptions from healthcare providers
Ensure patient safety through accurate and high-quality preparation and release of medications
Transfer prescriptions to and receive prescriptions from other pharmacies
Process prescriptions by entering orders, counting, measuring, compounding, and packaging medications
Perform final checks on prepared prescriptions for accuracy and safety
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards
Oversee Pharmacy Assistants to ensure productive and safe prescription filling
Qualifications
Licensed and in good standing with the Saskatchewan College of Pharmacy Professionals.
Injection certification is an asset.
Kroll software experience is an asset.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a team environment
Schedule
32 to 40 hours per week.
The store operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Standard shifts will be scheduled within these hours.
