You'll join a dedicated team as a Senior Activity Leader, contributing proudly to our Edinburgh centre's thriving atmosphere. Your primary focus will be to encourage the activity team, fostering an environment that highlights Dusemond's CHEERS values. Demonstrating energy and enthusiasm is vital, not just for activities but for making lasting connections with students.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure secure set up for various activities
• Enhance team engagement and evening programs
• Initiate fun and memorable experiences
• Provide guidance to less experienced Activity Leaders
• Monitor and enforce safety measures and risk protocols
Requirements:
• Aged 18 years or older
• Must be eligible for UK employment
• Experience in summer school settings
• Must hold a first aid certification
• Strong interpersonal skills mandatory
