OPPORTUNITIES We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator who can support the day-to-day flow of goods, scheduling shipments, tracking orders, coordinating with carriers and warehouse teams, and resolving issues before they become delays. You must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment, resolving issues and providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

EXPERIENCE You have at least 1-2 years of work experience in transportation, logistics and/or relevant background (preferred)




NICE-TO-HAVE Experience working in a food manufacturing facility
THINGS YOU WILL DO... Schedule and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers, suppliers, and customers
Track shipments in transit and proactively communicate delays, exceptions, or changes to stakeholders
Prepare and review shipping documentation
Coordinate with internal stakeholders on load scheduling, dock appointments, etc.
Support continuous improvement efforts within the Logistics team
Resolve shipping discrepancies, damages, and claims with carriers and customers
Other duties as assigned
OTHER... You are willing to work flexible shifts to cover for vacations, sick days or leave if required
You are willing to work occasional extra hours to address time-sensitive matters
