Job details *Job Overview*We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Chef Cuisinier / Brunch Chef to lead our culinary team in creating exceptional breakfast and brunch experiences. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise, food preparation, and experience a vibrant kitchen environment. You will craft delicious dishes that delight our guests while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.*Responsibilities** Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast and brunch dishes with precision, creativity, and consistency according to our recipe.* Keeping food handling procedures to maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.* Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness throughout the kitchen.* Collaborate with restaurant team.*Qualifications** Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and food service within a restaurant or hospitality setting.* Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling techniques.* Solid understanding of restaurant operations,
