Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support for Provider Relations tasks
• Review and correct provider agreements as needed

• Accurately enter and update provider information in the system
• Respond to provider inquiries in a professional manner

Requirements:
• Bilingual in English and French is essential
• 2-3 years of office or customer service experience
• Competency in Microsoft Office and data entry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Robust ability to manage tasks with attention to detail
