Key Responsibilities:
• Manage patient onboarding and appointment logistics
• Conduct follow-ups and ensure accurate patient file maintenance
• Organize and coordinate social events in the wellness lounge




• Work closely with clinic leads for ongoing programming
• Support head office tasks when required

Requirements:
• Degree or diploma from a recognized institution
• Proven customer service experience in a front-line role
• Previous medical or sales education experience is an asset
• Knowledge of medical cannabis preferred
• Strong communication and detail orientation skills
