In this role, you will work on a 12-hour shift pattern, providing essential information and assistance while operating under minimal supervision. The representative utilizes police databases and must have familiarity with established policies and procedures. Your ability to deal effectively with the public and manage inquiries will be crucial to success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the public with inquiries at the front counter
• Process applications for Police Information Checks efficiently
• Verify and maintain various records and statistics
• Use CPIC and related terminal equipment accurately
• Support the service of subpoenas and other requests
Requirements:
• Grade 12 education with related experience preferred
• Knowledge of office procedures and record keeping
• Solid understanding of applicable criminal regulations
• Robust typing and computer skills necessary
• Security clearance required for employment
