As an Associate Optometrist, you will work alongside the Store Manager to enhance the patient experience while teaching creative clinical practices. Key responsibilities include building patient relationships and supporting a collaborative office atmosphere, directly impacting productivity and service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead execution of NECE for patient interactions
• Assist with patient greetings and telephone communications
• Ensure accurate diagnoses and supervision of clinical protocols
• Provide feedback and coaching to Associate Doctors
• Elevate practice standards through effective teamwork
Requirements:
• Valid Doctor of Optometry license
• Experience with Optometric technology and practices
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and efficiently
• Focus on continuous improvement in patient care
