Job Requirements:

- No prior experience required
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good manual dexterity; ability to handle small parts
- Comfort with repetitive tasks
- Efficiency and speed in task execution

Responsibilities:

- Install lures on painting racks
- Paint lures using an airbrush - many styles and colors
- Count and package lures
