Our client is a growing owner, developer and manager of high-end residential communities in the GTA. They are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to lead operations at a 353-suite purpose-built rental community in Midtown Toronto that has been nominated for the Federation of Rental-Housing Providers of Ontario (FRPO) MAC Awards for Best Rental Development (250+ Suites). Your Role

Reporting to the President, you will oversee all aspects of operations for this high-end, 353-suite purpose-built rental community, including leasing performance, resident retention, maintenance operations, financial performance,



capital projects and team leadership.

This is far more than a traditional operations role. You will lead an established on-site team while remaining highly visible throughout the community, building relationships with residents, supporting monthly resident events and maintaining the exceptional customer experience that has become synonymous with the community.

Working closely with ownership and senior leadership, you will contribute to leasing strategy, marketing initiatives, pricing discussions and operational improvements while continuing to build upon the strong culture already established within the property.

Compensation

Expected base salary of $125,000 to $135,000 per year. This role is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is not guaranteed and may vary based on individual performance.
