Compensation: $2,000 USD / month + Uncapped Sales Commissions

Position Overview

As a Remote Hotel Reservations & Guest Sales Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of

contact for guests calling our boutique hotels. You will assist guests with booking reservations, answer inquiries about their upcoming stays, and recommend custom upgrades and add-on experiences that enhance their visit.

This role is a dynamic blend of high-touch customer service and consultative sales—perfect for someone who enjoys helping people while maximizing their earning potential through performance-based commissions.

What You’ll DO

- Inbound Guest Support: Answer incoming calls across our boutique hotel portfolio with warmth, clarity, and professionalism.

- Reservation Management: Process new bookings, manage modification requests, and maintain precise reservation data in our management system.

- Revenue Generation & Upselling: Proactively recommend and sell premium guest experiences, including:

- Early Check-In & Late Check-Out

- Wine & Champagne Packages

- Romance & Special Occasion Packages

- Premium Room Upgrades

- Additional hotel amenities and curated services





- Guest Experience Coordination: Respond professionally to guest inquiries, resolve concerns, and coordinate with on-site property management teams to ensure seamless stays.

- Performance Excellence: Consistently meet and exceed monthly conversion and upselling targets.

What We’re Looking For

- Communication: Fluent English speaker with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

- Sales Mindset: Comfortable making recommendations, handling objections, and upselling on the phone throughout the day.

- Remote Setup: Self-motivated and reliable with a dedicated, quiet home workspace and high-speed internet.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, reservations, call centers, or sales.

- Proven track record in phone sales or commission-based upselling.

- Background in a high-volume call center or boutique hotel environment.

- Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) or CRMs (paid platform training will be provided).

- Consistently meeting or exceeding reservation conversion targets.

- Driving revenue through high-volume upselling of packages and room upgrades.

- Maintaining consistently high guest satisfaction scores.
