CGIC in Mississauga is seeking a Claims Client Service Representative to deliver an exceptional claims experience. Hybrid work: 2 days in office; English required, French an asset. You will collect loss details, advise on coverage, and guide clients through next steps.

One year of customer service is expected, with proficiency in MS Office. Licenses or CIP may be pursued, as well as an Insurance diploma for extra consideration.
