Our client is looking for a Temporary Payroll Administrator to support their team ASAP due to a recent resignation. This role will start as a 3-4 month contract, but could turn into a permanent position for the right person. If you have experience using Dayforce for full-cycle payroll and are available to start work immediately for a short-term contract, Work Arrangement Hybrid or Remote in Kitchener, ON
Compensation $35 - $40 per hour
Key Responsibilities Processing biweekly payroll for employees in ON and AB
Supporting the finance team with payroll entries and deductions
Reporting tasks including: calculating payroll deductions, reconciliation of payroll, WSIB remittances, creating payroll entries, and various reporting tasks such as month and year end reporting and activities, T4s, and ROEs.
Qualifications Dayforce experience is REQUIRED
PCP Designation an asset

1. 5 years of previous payroll work experience required,



knowledge of interprovincial and unionized payroll is an asset.

Sound interpersonal skills and robust attention to detail
Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Ability to problem-solve
Ability to work well both independently and within a team setting
