Sofina is seeking a Customer Claims Analyst to investigate and analyze customer claims and deductions, driving root cause actions and corrective measures. You will collaborate with Customer Supply Chain, Finance, Sales and Logistics to reduce noncompliance fines and ensure timely dispute resolution.

You will gather supporting documents, monitor claim status, and provide training to supply chain specialists on recent tools and processes, including the claims portal and customer trackers.
