Vaughan, ON (Hybrid) | $85,000 – $110,000 per year | Full-Time, Permanent

We're recruiting on behalf of a leading Ontario insurance brokerage for an experienced Personal Lines Manager to lead one of their core personal lines teams.

What You'll Do

- Lead and mentor a team of 20+ Personal Lines Account Managers across remote, hybrid, and in-office roles
- Conduct monthly one-on-ones, performance reviews, and quality/coaching reviews to support ongoing development
- Run regular team meetings to keep everyone aligned on changes, priorities, and results
- Train and onboard new hires, providing hands-on support as they ramp up
- Partner with senior management on technical and administrative matters
- Ensure the team's work meets carrier and company guidelines and standards
- Build strong, trust-based relationships across the team and with branch partners

What You Bring





- 5+ years of Personal Lines Insurance experience
- Prior leadership or supervisory/management experience required
- Active RIBO license required; CIP or CAIB designation is a plus
- Strong working knowledge of insurance products, policies, and industry practices
- Excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills (MS Office)
- Comfort working under pressure and leading a team with varying skill levels
- Familiarity with Power Broker, Applied Epic, or Compu-Quote is an asset
- Ability to work from the office 4 days per week with some flexibility
