Senior Expert, Market Insights, you'll take on real challenges that bring out your full potential. Your scope includes:Leverage several different sources of quantitative and qualitative data to uncover strategic market and customer insightsBuild and present recommendations to Cascades' senior management and top customers based on data collected in market intelligence, customer intelligence,
consumer research or other data.Leverage your expertise in category management to stimulate your collaboration with sales and marketingWork with Customer Insights Senior Manager to Identify gaps in supportive information and develop action plans to drive new research for your areas of responsibilityEstablish satisfaction metrics across all customer touch points, analyze them and support the business units in developing their action plan for improvement.Work with the Commercial Excellence team to build and maintain specific solutions to leverage and increase data usage across the Tissue divisionManage relationship with data suppliersProactively learn about best practices and trends and recommend how they can be implemented at CascadesWhat you bring
