CBI Home Health is seeking a dedicated Visit Nurse to join our care team. This part time position requires 1 weekday shift and a weekend rotation every three weeks, providing vital care in community settings. Your clinical expertise in areas such as wound care, IV therapy, and pediatric care will directly contribute to patient comfort and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:



- Provide in-home clinical care including wound care and IV therapy - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for patient-centered solutions - Mentor and guide patients and families through healthcare options - Administer medications and conduct health education - Facilitate coordination of care services for clients
Requirements: - Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario - Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle required - Clear Criminal Record Check needed - Strong communication skills in English;
French is an asset - Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
