Top-Performing Automotive Service Advisor

We are looking for a high-performing Automotive Service Advisor who knows how to build trust, communicate clearly, sell needed maintenance and repairs, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

This is not an entry-level position.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

- Greet customers and professionally manage their service experience from write-up to vehicle delivery
- Perform thorough customer interviews and properly document concerns
- Present recommended maintenance and repairs confidently and professionally
- Build value rather than simply quote prices
- Maintain solid communication with customers throughout the repair process
- Follow up quickly on technician recommendations and obtain customer approvals
- Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation
- Work closely with technicians, dispatch, parts, and management to keep work moving
- Manage multiple customers and repair orders without losing control of the day




- Follow up on declined work and future maintenance opportunities
- Develop long-term customer relationships and repeat business
- Maintain strong CSI and customer-retention results
- Consistently achieve sales, gross-profit, and performance targets

Pay: $45,898.86-$98,839.63 per year
