Looking for someone young energetic that wants to be part of my cooking team need someone that listens respects the kitchen and is coachable Position starts off at basic rate which will lead to a raise then eventually to a sous chef position if I promote you ( 22-23 an hour + tips so around 25) Fluent English is a must I can't do okay decent or medium English has to be fluent accent don't matter I tried Punjabi , Indian , Pakistani or Arabic workers it was impossible to have successful shifts because of lack of English it Is key you understand what I'm saying especially when it's busy .
