Tim-Br-Fab Industries, a COR certified 100% Canadian owned manufacturer of roof and floor trusses and supplier of pre-engineered wood products, is currently accepting applications for the position of Seasonal Production Worker at our Dauphin, MB location. This Seasonal position will be scheduled Monday – Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm until the end of November 2025.

Seasonal Production Worker – Dauphin, MB

Get ready to build your career as we continue to build our company. As a valuable member of our truss plant team your duties will include:

- Working closely with the Lead Hand in the set-up of the truss table for production ensuring accuracy
- Responsible to set truss components in place on the table
- Operate the truss press in an efficient and safe manner
- Provides assistance to production workers, as required
- Building premium package sheds based on customer orders, including painting
- Complete general clean up duties, both inside and outside of the production facility, as assigned.

The successful candidate will:

- Have a safety mindset & demonstrate high attention to detail




- Be physically able to repeatedly lift/carry over 50lbs
- The ability to work in a team environment is essential
- Steel toed safety boots are required
- Carpentry or previous Truss Building experience is an asset
- Hearing test is required within 6 month of hire
- Be available to work Monday – Friday 8:30-4:30
- Season will end approximately November 30, 2026
