The City of Thunder Bay is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst within IT Client Services to deploy desktop applications, manage licenses, and provide Tier 1 user support. You will document calls, implement solutions with partners, and develop training materials to empower users.
Ideal candidates will have a CS/IS degree or diploma, robust communication, and experience with SCCM and Citrix in a corporate IT environment. This is a on-site role with possible travel.
