Plastic Bank is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Strategist to build and scale our digital growth engine across B2B and B2C. You will own acquisition, activation, conversion, retention and referral programs, and lead rapid experimentation to drive measurable revenue growth.

You'll collaborate with Product, Sales, Creative and Customer Success, manage paid media, optimize sites, and design lifecycle programs to improve onboarding, engagement and renewals.
