About the Role

The Company is seeking three Directors to join its Board, including one Dentist Director and two Industry Directors. The Dentist Director will be a key liaison, bringing the perspective and voice of dentists across Canada, and will be expected to have a strong network, credibility, and demonstrated involvement in organized dentistry.
This role requires business and leadership experience within the dental profession, financial acumen, and an understanding of insurance and investment principles. The Industry Directors will complement the Board's expertise,



with one ideally being a senior finance executive with a CPA designation and the other a senior technology executive experienced in digital transformation.

Both Industry Directors should have senior executive leadership, governance experience, and a background in financial services, including insurance, investments, banking, wealth management, and/or financial planning.

Successful candidates for all three Director positions at the company will be collaborative, purpose-driven leaders with a commitment to solid governance. They must be able to contribute thoughtfully to Board deliberations, provide constructive oversight, and support the organization's long-term success.
