Lead change initiatives for JFE Shoji Power Canada’s upcoming Net Suite go-live. This contract role focuses on user acceptance testing, training, and ensuring employee readiness across multiple departments.

As the Change Management and Training Lead, you will facilitate a seamless transition to Net Suite, enhancing processes in Finance, Purchasing, Sales, and more. Your expertise in coordinating UAT, developing training materials, and managing communications will support effective adoption.

Collaborating closely with the ERP Project Manager and user teams will ensure success throughout the project timeline.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate UAT schedules, participants, and tracking
- Develop training materials and guides for users




- Conduct classroom and virtual training sessions
- Communicate changes and gather employee feedback
- Assess departmental readiness before go-live

Requirements:

- Experience with Net Suite or similar ERP systems
- Proven UAT and training coordination experience
- Solid documentation and organizational skills
- Familiarity with manufacturing ERP systems is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
