The role centers on designing and owning the Workbench warehouse simulation engine, modeling warehouse operations, and integrating it into the main product.You will work directly with the Chief Scientist and domain experts to build a zero-to-one capability, leading a team in a hybrid Toronto-based setting with robust emphasis on AI-enabled execution and rapid iteration.
