This full-time role focuses on building and delivering HCM integrations while collaborating with various stakeholders, including project managers and clients. You will engage in configuring payroll files, communicating in a consultative manner, and ensuring alignment with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities: - Build payroll and HR demographic export files - Conduct mapping and transformation design in Integration Studio - Communicate directly with clients for advisory purposes - Manage multiple integration workstreams effectively - Support client testing and coordinate vendor file validation
Requirements: - Understanding of HCM business practices - Bilingual in English and Spanish - Robust organizational and communication skills - Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently - Exposure to project management principles
