In this pivotal role, you will oversee the Etobicoke Residential/Clinic Program, focusing on client-centered rehabilitation for acquired brain injury survivors. You’ll trailblaze clinical and operational practices, making sure they align with Bayshore policies while also leading staff towards excellence. Your leadership will shape the compassionate delivery of care tailored to the unique challenges faced by clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate client admissions, discharges, and care planning
• Manage medication oversight and clinical documentation




• Conduct case conferences and staff meetings
• Implement rehabilitation models and protocols
• Address client behavior and risk management concerns
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in health care or social services
• 3-5 years’ progressive rehab experience
• Strong clinical leadership in program development
• Current First Aid, CPR, and Crisis Intervention certification
• Valid G driver’s license and insurance for client transport
