Our client is a world-wide IT service provider which designs, build and operate integrated solutions for major global companies. Tired of traveling? They are currently looking for a solid functional SAP Logistics (PM/MM) consultant for their ERP applications support team in Mississauga. In this role, you will be responsible for providing application support to their global clients.

Responsibilities

- Investigate problems and deliver efficient solutions for their support clients
- Call maintenance including complete documentation of progress and resolution using their global support tool
- Participate in on-call rotation for after hours support (evenings & weekends)
- Gather user requirements for change/enhancement requests and where necessary work with technical support to translate them into design specifications
- Estimate effort for change requests

Job requirements





In order to be considered for this role, you must have at least 4 years of hands-on implementation and configuration experience in the following SAP modules: PM, MM and ideally QM. You have succesfully completed at least 1 full life cycle implementation in the above mentioned modules or have equivalent experience supporting these modules. Ideally, you have worked in a global support environment before. Certification in SAP and experience in version 4.7 are highly regarded.
