As a Nurse II, you’ll work directly with patients to foster their independence and manage their mental health. Every shift involves assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and implementing treatments aligned with the Recovery Model philosophy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct patient assessments every shift
• Collaborate with treatment team on care plans
• Implement nursing care and coordinate therapies




• Engage in therapeutic conversations with patients
• Advocate for patients' needs and resources
Requirements:
• Active RN or RPN license in Manitoba
• Strong nursing theory and practice knowledge
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Physically and mentally capable of nursing duties
• Clean criminal record and abuse registry checks
