Roles & Responsibilities

Sales Associate

- Deliver a memorable, personalized customer experience that reflects the Swatch brand
- Share product knowledge with energy and authenticity
- Support merchandising, visual standards, and daily store operations
- Contribute to a vibrant and inclusive store culture

Sales Lead / Key Holder

- Lead on the floor to drive sales and elevate the customer experience
- Support opening and closing procedures and operational execution
- Coach and inspire team members to achieve results
- Act as a role model and brand ambassador

Assistant Store Manager

- Partner with the Store Manager to drive business performance
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team




- Oversee daily operations including scheduling, inventory, and visual execution
- Build a culture of accountability, creativity, and collaboration
