Ce cours vise à familiariser les étudiantes et les étudiants avec les principaux recours relevant de leur compétence et les règles de procédure applicables. À travers une approche combinant fondements théoriques et expérience pratique, ce cours offre aux étudiants une initiation concrète à la pratique devant les Cours fédérales, notamment par le biais d'activités expérientielles.Exigences minimalesLa Section de droit civil veut recruter des professeurs à temps partiel qui sont des leaders dans la profession juridique. Pour ce cours, un LL.L, un J.D est nécessaire. Le candidate ou candidate doit aussi être membre en bonne et due forme du Barreau du Québec (ou son équivalent). Il ou elle doit aussi avoir une expérience en matière de plaidoirie,
une expérience pratique significative devant les cours fédérales et maîtriser les règles des cours fédérales.
