Requirements:
• University degree in Human Resources or similar
• 3-5 years of experience in compensation and benefits
• Preferred HR certifications like CPP, CEBS, or CHRP
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems
• Strong understanding of compensation principles and legislation
