As one of our Solution Architect, you will:Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer business challenges and translating them into scalable technical solutions.Lead solution design, architecture, and implementation of Coveo's AI relevance platform across customer digital ecosystems.Collaborate with customer stakeholders, from technical teams to executive leaders, to align business goals and technology standards.Guide customers through best practices in governance, planning, and delivery throughout the project lifecycle.Manage requirements, maintain clear documentation, and support delivery teams using Agile methodologies.Partner with Coveo product management and customer success teams to share feedback and improve future implementations.Here is what will qualify you for the role:8+ years of experience in business analysis, solution architecture,
