ATCO Frontec is seeking a qualified 1st Cook to support the chef in food service management. You’ll assist in food preparation, maintain inventory, and ensure that all meals meet high standards. This role requires significant experience in kitchen operations and a commitment to training staff in safety and hygiene practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist chef with ASL compliance for food services
• Prepare and serve food efficiently at scheduled times
• Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Train kitchen staff on sanitation and safety standards
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and regulatory compliance
Requirements:
• Red Seal Certification mandatory
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as 1st Cook
• Advanced Food Safe Certificate required
• Valid CSTS and First Aid certifications
• Robust leadership and organizational skills
