Lead the future of workforce innovation with Toronto Metropolitan University as the Director of Technology Stewardship. This hybrid role focuses on advancing AI adoption and technology practices for talent development.The Director will spearhead initiatives in AI literacy, technology stewardship, and workforce innovation at Magnet, a Centre of Innovation at TMU. You will design strategic partnerships and programs while identifying funding opportunities to bolster sustainability and enhance Magnet's leadership in responsible technology adoption.Key Responsibilities:Develop business plans for AI technology stewardship initiativesSupport executive teams in aligning strategic plans with TMU objectivesCreate tailored training programs focusing on audience needsOversee daily operations of AI technology stewardship programsManage project budgets and ensure adherence to timelinesRequirements:Master's degree in relevant fields or equivalent experienceSeven years of management in workforce development or technology adoptionExperience in training program design and evaluationProven ability to manage multiple complex projectsKnowledge of AI trends and workforce development issuesContribute to the future of work by driving responsible technology adoption and enhancing workforce capabilities at Toronto Metropolitan University.#J-18808-Ljbffr
