Dental Choice is seeking Dental Administrator to join our growing team.

Our practice is looking for aDental Administrator who enjoys keeping things running smoothly while supporting a dedicated and high-performing dental team. If you are organized, friendly, and enjoy building relationships with patients, we'd love to hear from you.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative environment.

Hours :

Full time

Monday 7-3, Tuesday 8-4, Wednesday 11-7, Thursday 8-4, Friday 8-3, 1 Saturday per month (excluding summer)

What You’ll Do

- Welcome patients warmly and ensure every visit starts on a positive note.

- Manage patient scheduling, appointment confirmations, and follow-ups.

- Handle patient records, billing, insurance submissions, and payment processing with accuracy.

- Coordinate daily front desk operations to keep the day running efficiently.

- Work closely with clinical team to deliver an exceptional patient experience.

What We’re Looking For





- Minimum 1 year of dental administration experience (Curve software knowledge is a bonus!)

- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional, patient-first approach.

- Organized, dependable, and able to stay calm in a fast-paced environment.

- A friendly, team-focused attitude and a desire to learn and grow.
