Drive the productivity and customer service of our Service Department during the evening shift.
Responsibilities
- Schedule all service jobs for technicians to optimize efficiency.
- Motivate employees through coaching and development.
- Back up the Service Business Manager.
- Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment.
- Perform final approvals on equipment.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and follow‑up.
- Assist in quoting repairs and maintaining records.
- Build effective team dynamics with all departments.
- Encourage secure working habits.
Qualifications
- Operate vehicles and equipment used for diagnostics.
- At least 5 years of experience in complex repairs.
- Capability to lift up to 40 lbs repeatedly and 40‑75 lbs on occasion.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, varying shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ag Tech (JDTECH) Journeyperson Certification or equivalent.
- Expert knowledge of agricultural equipment.
- Proficient computer and systems usage.
