We’re currently seeking an experienced ER Registered Nurse to support healthcare delivery in the Bella Bella community in partnership with Vancouver Coastal Health.

This position offers the chance to work in a rapid-paced emergency setting where no two days are the same. You’ll handle a wide range of cases—from trauma to acute medical conditions—while utilizing your Med-Surg background to guide clinical decisions and ensure continuity of care.

Working in a remote coastal location, you’ll not only grow professionally but also contribute meaningfully to a close‑knit community.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Assess and triage patients efficiently based on urgency of care
- Deliver prompt treatment for emergencies, injuries, and acute illnesses
- Initiate IVs, administer medications, and perform critical interventions
- Closely observe patient progress and act swiftly when conditions change




- Work alongside physicians and healthcare teams to coordinate care
- Support patient stabilization and arrange transfers when needed
- Apply Med-Surg knowledge in evaluating and managing patient needs

What We’re Looking For

- Current RN registration with BCCNM in good standing
- At least 1 year of ER or Med-Surgical nursing experience
- ACLS certification (mandatory)
- BLS/CPR certification (mandatory)
- TNCC and CTAS certifications (preferred)
