Our expectations
From work instructions and drawings, ensure parts are clean and properly prepared using rinsing, electrochemical and blasting processes. Ensure adequate masking according to the sections to be painted.
Use tools to apply various coatings and treat them thermally according to standards and work instructions. Ensure compliance of work tools and products used by maintaining records.
What your day will look like
- Maintain inventory of required materials to ensure a steady flow aligned with customer demand.
- Actively and constructively participate in the department's continuous improvement initiatives.
- May be required to operate several machines simultaneously.
What you need to succeed
- Certificate of professional studies in industrial painting – aerospace stream, or a vocational diploma (DEP) in auto body.
- Computer skills: MS Outlook; SAP is an asset.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings.
- Rigorous following of work instructions.
- High degree of autonomy and resourcefulness.
- Interpersonal skills: teamwork and a positive attitude.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and analytical mindset.
- Experience in an industrial setting.
