In this term position, you will report to the Director of Homelessness and Supportive Housing. Your role involves strategic management of programs aimed at assisting individuals at risk of homelessness. Building and maintaining relationships with community partners and service providers is essential to achieving shared outcomes across the sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage strategic communications for supportive housing initiatives
• Identify and design programs for future development
• Collaborate with team, stakeholders,

• Review and recommend improvements to existing processes
• Evaluate and monitor program effectiveness
Requirements:
